I used My Pet Warehouse yesterday for the first time and they were excellent. Received my goods the same day - they were delivered to my front door, packaged securely and waiting for me when I got home from work. Fantastic service! I would definitely be using them again and would recommend to new customers who are looking for a low fuss, service option.
I was looking for a grain free dry dog food for my dog. I was amazed at the variety of brands to choose from! I ordered on line and was extremely happy with the delivery! It took four days to come and I was surprised to find a bag of lollies in the box (for me)!!!
The diverse range of products are amazing and I will now shop on line rather than my local popular pet shop!
I order all the time and if they are out of stock I receive a call that day, even at 6pm on Sunday night! It is no problem to get a refund and as I use paypal it is done immediatey! Perhaps you should use Paypal!
I have used many online pet stores in the past. Most are OK. Sometimes they have great prices, but the delivery lets you down. Sometimes they deliver OK but the price is way too expensive.
One of my dogs has a dietary issue and requires specialist veterinary food. This stuff is expensive. I say a heap by buying online. So forward I go, trying different stores and trying to find the ultimate experience. A good price, great service, amazingly quick delivery.
My Pet Warehouse has all these things. I am now a convert and use them solely for my online pet needs. Their other items are well priced also, toys, bowls, dewormers and the like.
Away for Christmas, I tried a small amount of Rapigel rubbed into my thumb for arthritis. It worked but I am very conscious of the fact that, although I know many people who use it, the tube is clearly marked "For animal treatment only". I ordered a tube from My Pet Warehouse on Boxing Day and received it on January 5. I was given tracking info which was updated at each stage of the process.
I ordered 214 cans of Fancy Feast cat food at a price significantly below rrp. A small part of my order was unavailable and I was notified quickly and the appropriate credit to my credit card was effected immediately. Shipping happened fast at a low cost and I received my order within 8 days of placing my order. Communication was excellent.
