Much like another reviewer, I used OurDeals to buy a named necklace from Matchless as the deal was good. The instructions on the website are shocking and give insufficient detail to work out how to put an order in.
Finally order was in, and I was given a 28day timeline for delivery which is rather long these days. Then the on the 28th day I got an email to say the delivery was lost in transit and it would now be another 21 days until I got it. English obviously wasn't the first language of the writer "Kat".
That's a week after I need it for mother's birthday party!.
Note delivery is from Hong Kong. Might as well just go order cheaper off Ebay.

I bought a voucher for Matchless and Co products through Our Deal. First the Matchless online ordering system wouldn't work - it kept trying to charge me for a product I had already paid for, then every time I tried to cancel and re-enter my voucher, the amount of items I was trying to order doubled in number.
I contacted Matchless who said they would complete my order manually. Seven weeks later and my goods have not arrived, and Matchless advises that they were sent by UNTRACEABLE post, so their location cannot be determined.
I contacted Our Deal who gave me a refund, but because of my experience I will NEVER buy anything from Matchless & Co again.
