Ordered an Apple iPhone Piel Frama Luxury Leather Case on February 4 from Smartphone in Sydney and received the wrong case on February 13. Smartphone first ignored then tried to avoid 'phone calls about the error. When it was finally agreed that a credit would be made to the relevant credit card, nothing happened. Satisfaction was gained only, and eventually, by involving the credit card company. Smartphone----not so smart!
