I placed my order on January 31st and got a shipping confirmation email that day. The shoes didm't show up until February 11th. Despite having ordered them specifically for an event to match an outfit (with plenty of time), they arrived late. I would have considered keeping them, but they were not exactly what I was expecting in terms of ruggedness.
Upon sending a request to return them, I was ignored by Camper until emailing them again. Once I sent them back, I was expecting return updates as their website states, but have not received any correspondence. Here we are on March 10th (received in their warehouse February 25th) and they have not received or processed anything yet. I called today and nothing has been done.
The website boasts of their customer support, but I warn other shoppers to STAY AWAY. If you must have Camper products, go to Zappos or other retailers with much better support. In my case, I will not likely purchase another Camper product based on this horrible experience.
For those who love and know Camper shoes, no introductions on them required. For those who are not familiar Campers are a spanish brand of casual shoes that have great funky and unique designs. Most of all they are very comfortable. Leather is soft from day one and the soles are great quality providing comfort and support.
There aren't that many accessible Camper stores in Australia, but with an online store presence and best of all FREE SHIPPING, getting your hands on a pair of camper shoes has never been easier.
They do great sales where they usually start with 30% off and then 50% off. Best to subscribe to their newsletter to keep in touch with new styles being launched and their sales.
My last purchase at Campers online store was a pair of black mary jane heels, as well as a pair of girl sandals. Both were on sale at 50% off.
Shipping was free, and delivery time was 10 days from placing the order.
