Bought a 150" projector screen off realsmart.com.au. They had the best prices around, but I couldnt find any reviews for the store, only people asking if this site was legit on web forums . I took the gamble saved a bundle and within two days, I had my projector screen. Very happy with the whole experience. $127 for a 150" screen and only $17 to post the 3m long beast.
I bought the same screen, in December, they are not answering my emails, haven't delivered it, I need them to tell me what's going on. Very poor
Recently bought a cat tree and an office chair from realsmart. Prompt delivery. The cat tree is well made, strong and stable. My cats love their new condo. And the office chair is in good quality and sturdy once it's resembled. Would recommend realsmart for buying cat trees and office furniture. Their prices are the lowest that i can find. Great Value!

It's the first time I have come across this site. I was looking for a particular wooden dolls furniture set. Other sites were selling for $49.95, however from a google search I came to Realsmart.com.au and got it for $38.00 including shipping.
Customer service was great, they replied to my email query within hours.
Shipping time was also quick placed order on 4/12/2012 and received my order today 6/12/2012.
They have a mixed selection of items, worth having a look in case something you are after is discounted.
I ordered a sofa bed from realsmart. I paid by credit card and the lounge turned up a week later. Unfortunatley it has arrived without legs or arms. I wrote to the store, THEY DONT HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER!!
The response I got was "we will search our warehouse for the missing parts.. Really? why not just replace the lounge. I ordered this lounge for this coming weekend as I have visitors. Now I have no where for my visitors to sit. dont think I will use them again. Hate that you cant ring them.
I bought a Dog Leash ($17.97 incl. free shipping)on 28th Oct 2013 from them. However nothing happened until I made contact via email with them on 31st.A half day later they replied and said they just got news from drop-shipper that the Dog Leash is currently out of stock. therefore they will have to fully refund $17.97 back to my paypal account. What I am not happy about is why it took three days to inform me, and further to this, I had to contact them to find out. It’s only a small purchase and free shipping and I’m quite happy to accept that if I was told much earlier(though prefer they put “out of stock sign” in a first place). But definitely this isn't good service in so far as not to inform their customer until they contact them.
This was my second purchase with them as I was happy with my first purchase back in June. I won’t shop there again.
