Quality products, occasional order problems but good at resolving
Forge World miniatures and add-on kits are premium models to use in Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 universe games. The quality and detail of their models and the background to go with them is excellent, though their prices are exorbitant. Their products are inherently fragile and they pack them well, though their 15% shipping charge is expensive, unless you buy a very large order where they send it free post.
This particular order was for 1 x Tau Emissary Class Starship for use with Games Workshop's Battlefleet Gothic or Epic Armageddon games. It was posted the day after I ordered it and arrived the day after that and I was happy with it.
Forge World's quality control isn't always the best and occasionally you will receive an item in an order that has component(s) damaged or missing. On the few occasions this has happened to me I have rung and informed them they have been very helpful and quick to sort it out and send out new parts.
If you need to contact them I would suggest phoning them rather than emailing them, as I have found they sometime don't reply to emails or are slow to.
