The company is based in Germany but they have a great range of high quality bicycle parts (the Busch & Müller lights I bought here were highly recommended from the internet reviews I read) and they communicated in pretty good English when I had a query about something. The order a little over a week to arrive, but this seemed reasonable for international shipping and I was happy with the products and order.
