Dendrogram would not shop at Expedition Hardware again.
Poor service and nil customer support
I ordered a Silva Compas that was in stock. A few days later I was billed. A week later, no goods, emailed, no reply. Next day emailed again, no reply. Two weeks on, no compass and no contact. Notice loads of complaints about this trader. Not a limited company, Owner David Vaughan. I now find that has history of slow service, no refunds, broken/missing items so I am now considering a recharge from my bank. Google this company and see what you think. Not the way to do business. The web site is best I have seen, nothing behind it as far as I can see. Note that there is no address to contact, just email. Avoid.
I placed an order with Expedition Hardware for 1 x Thermarest Z Lite Sleep Mat Coyote Grey for my cycle tour. I had shopped around and they had the most competitive price for the sleeping mat. They posted it the next working day after I'd ordered it and it arrived a couple of days after that and I was happy with it.
