It took Mini Box a week and two reminder emails to respond to my query. When they did, apologised and offered me a discount of 60% off next order, the same discount available publicly online.
Amazing glass prints, delivery and customer service.
Hello the lovely team at minibox! I would just like to say what amazing glass prints I recieved and thank you so much for the reprint with fast and safe delivery.
Your quality is absoloutely amazing and the glass prints are beautiful. I was worried with making a purchase with large amounts of money and size, especially never dealing with this company before. So I hopped on live chat and spoke with Mel, an extremely helpful representitive which told me everything and made me confident in my order, which was then placed.
Within a business day (they work on weekends I believe!) The 2 giant glass prints were sent out and delivered in about 4 days, by that Friday evening! I couldn't wait to open it, and to my amazement the quality was beautiful. The glass was not thin and wobbly poorly made acrylic, it was a solid 6mm glass panel with my photograph printed behind. There was a minor problem with the 75x100cm print, so I contacted the amazing and helpful Laura H, who helped me so much and offered a complete reprint and delivery to my address. She was a real, seriously helpful representitive which answered all my questions. Customer service does not get better than this!
All these prints are now hanging in a well-known gallery, and I have recieved amazing comments so far.

I bought 2 personalised stubby coolers, they have lots of different gift ideas, I thought the stubby cooler was very different and inventive. It's a good idea to use a picture that isn't too zoomed in, as it may make your face/features appear bigger as it stretches it out abit. Also the stubby cooler doesn't have a base so the cold drink is not fully protected! Delivery took almost two weeks, lucky as it wasn't urgent, but I would shop here again if they had another good deal.
Delivery for a new photobook delivered within 7 days of ordering! Quite happy with the product so no complaints here. Please be mindful though that the quality of your actual images will affect the quality of the printed pages.
