I bought the beautiful floral embossed midi skirt, which is flattering and fantastic quality.
When it arrived, it was a bit too big, so I went to exchange it instore.
It was so simple, and the store clerks were so wonderful.
I was surprised at how flexible and accommodating dotti's terms and conditions are, and having an australian store where you can exchange items at a whim is great too, because paying return postage sucks, it's so frustrating!
Dotti is great for things on sale. I don't think their full prices are worth it but their sales are fantastic! I ordered a nice dress for $10 Wednesday night during a quick free express shipping promo and received it Friday, just in time for the weekend.
It's not worth the original $69.95 price tag for sure but for $10 with free express shipping, it was too good a deal to pass.
Checkout is extremely simple and quick, Dotti never let me down.

I ordered a red crop top with a turtle neck, it arrived in 3 business days via registered post. I am happy with the fit and colour, it's just like on the site.
Very happy, highly recommend Dotti. If you're not happy with your purchase, just return to a physical store or via mailing it back within 30 days.
Dotti is fabulous both online and instore! Sales are always great, I nabbed myself a pair of white jelly sandals (my fifth! I'll stop now) during the free shipping promo. I'm always taking advantage of free shipping promos, it's usually ~$8 extra otherwise.
Processing and shipping is extremely quick, I received my shoes 2 business days later on the 11th. They arrived safely and I'm very happy.
Will be back to shop with them again and I'd recommend them too.
Everything was so quick with my order. From easy browsing to checkout to delivery. It was all too easy and a joy.
I ordered during a free shipping promo so I was really happy about that. Usually shipping is $8 I think (check my review down below) and this time I bought a 2-pack of belts which arrived the next day (10/12).

I bought a pair of cut out boots from this site and I thought they would be by the brand Lipstik (a brand Dotti stocks) as they were named the exact same and looked alike however, they arrived and they were by the Dotti brand. Looks similar, maybe a bit pointier but definitely cheaper in price.
They arrived swiftly and packaged so nicely in a plastic bag in a bigger canvas bag with an adorable dotti.com.au print on it. However it was a bag with drawstrings and not handles so I'm not sure how useful this will be to me.
Shipping was $7.95 which pained me a little to pay though it wasn't that high and I'm impressed with the service and delivery. Shipping is free for orders over $50 but I decided not to spend too much money. The site was enjoyable to navigate and checkout was quick and simple. Overall, a pleasurable experience.
