Horrible Shipping and Customer Service
The items were shipped with no packing material, they arrived damaged. Customer service never got back to me about replacements for the damaged items. Waste of money.

Full order not delivered
Am still awaiting my outstanding order from September 2014. These were meant to be Xmas presents. Lack of customer service no responses unless I contact them about my order.
Very disappointed in what could have been repeat business for them. My first item shipped to a totally different state and person.
My husband and son are obsessed with Minecraft. Looking for santa stocking fillers, I was looking for Minecraft merchandise on a local australian site to avoid overseas shipping.

Customer service was very prompt to reply item was being processed and shipped. Shipping even during xmas period was 3 days.
