This is the most in unorganized online shop I have ever shopped at!!! No only did the clothing never arrive!! I'm now chasing the money 2 months later! WOW! Lucy in the Sky DOES NOT refund your money if you make a return!!! You have to reach out to them a couple of times to get your money back… What a HASSLE! They even shipped back one of my orders because they said it had past 28 days of return policy when I'm shipping from the U.S…. so of course it takes awhile going back to Australia… But not even offering me a store credit!!!
Not only I lost $80 + $20 shipping but now I'm stuck with two dresses that DON'T fit! Their sizing is all off and the quality of clothing is REALLY BAD!
I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!

Dear Alba, we had to take into consideration that 4 out 5 of your previous orders were returned within the time-frame required. All orders were fully or partially refunded. We believe you are familiar with our refund policy and the time-frame required for the items to be eligible for a refund. As you are aware, we expect items shipped to USA to be returned within 4 weeks from the delivery date. Unfortunately, this time your items were not refunded and returned back to you AT NO EXTRA COST as they arrived back to us 8 weeks after the delivery date.
You tell me what person would NOT be upset losing $100!?!? ANY company out there at least would offer a store credit instead of... "Sorry unfortunately there's nothing we can do!" I have NEVER experienced that! The items were in perfect condition as they don't even fit me... This is ridiculous guys!!!
Dear Alba, Lucy in the Sky has similar refund policy to majority of US-based stores. Urban Outfitters, Nasty Gal, Forever 21 all are having 30-day return policy. Your items were returned almost 2 months from delivery date. Usually, by that time the items you purchased and wish to return for a refund are discounted and/or taken off the website. This is the reason for not accepting items for a refund after 1 month period from delivery date. Hope it helps.
You are going to compare your company to Nasty Gal??? I shop there ALL the time and never had a problem with them! Forever 21 is at every corner of street so it's easy and convenient... Post Offices are not close by and they close after work hours... I have to arrange work schedule in order to go to post office and I'm already paying $20-25 to ship back... Anyway! I've learned my lesson to not deal with non-reputable companies like Lucy in the Sky!!!
So Anonim, you sent the stuff back 2 months after you got em and you're upset that they wont give you store credit?? You know I've been reading through these reviews and it appears that everyone here are quite the unreasonable bunch. I personally wont be buying anything from Lucy blah blah blah, because their quality is just horrendous, but damn, you all have taken the award for worst customers ever!
Dear ScepticShopper, as a customer, don't we have right to voice our opinion in relation to the quality of a product? We're paying money for the products and should have a say in it's quality, unless you weren't planning to actually wear what you buy. For me, I wished I had come across these reviews about quality before I made my order. Buying from an online store is different from buying from a physical store. I don't get to see or feel the product I am buying before I place the order. I have submitted a review as a way for the company to improve its products and business model because I want businesses to be successful and a business cannot thrive if it doesnt listen to its customers. personally I cannot justify the price for the poor quality material they use and people should be able to make an informed decision before buying, especially if you cannot refund. If I had seen the products in store, I definitely would not have purchased it. I'm in love with the styles but for me: quality > style and if quality is poor, price should reflect this. I hope the quality will be improved in the near future.
I purchased shoes which were apparently a size 6 however actually measured to a size 8, pants which were size 8 but measured to a size 12 and previous to this a size XS on the website arrived as a S/M.
However in order to return these wrongful items I am unable to get my money back and will receive a store credit.... AHHHHHH!!! Hello, I simply Do Not Want a store credit-I want my money back and I sure as hell Will not wear any out of pocket expenses as suggested I will by the incapable service team at Lucy in the Sky!
Get it together and clearly state that your sizing is a JOKE!!!

Actually.... You had offered to pay the return postage and were to put a postage paid bag in the post (which I'm sure has not yet been done) So it seems to me its not just the quality and consistency of your products, but service also.
Jacqui, I have bought products from Lucy in the Sky and had very few issues. Your rating and comments about my favourite shop is the only thing that is shocking. Play fair!

This place is a scam
Let me be honest. Their styles are so cute! I thought that I finally found the one favorite website I could go back to all the time. So despite some of the bad reviews on here, I went ahead and ordered anyways because I decided to trust them. That was a bad idea. First of all, when I placed my order for the dress on March 11th, they took about a day to process my payment which somewhat reassured me. And then I received an email about it saying that my order was shipped on the March 18th saying that I will get a tracking number on the following Monday. Well I don't know what Monday they are talking about because I NEVER GOT THE FLIPPIN EMAIL. So I told myself that it's okay they probably forgot, which is pretty unprofessional, mind you. So I proceeded to send them several emails over the course of the new few days inquiring for the tracking number. I never. got. a reply. I am so mad right now because I'm a student who works her butt off at her part time job, okay. I can't afford to just throw money away like this. How in the world does this company even stay in business? If this isn't a scam, I don't even know what it is. I was so excited for the dress but now I don't want to even see it. I just want my damn money back. If I could give negative stars I would, no question about it.

Worst shopping site
I ordered a dress on the 4th of September, it is now the 20th of September and my item hasn't even been SHIPPED. I've spent thousands on items from Lucy in the sky so disappointed to see it turn into the worst site to buy from ever. Customer service is beyond a joke.
I ordered four items in the one order on 3 December 2015 and I was advised I couldn't use my store credits with my order, so I paid for my order in full. I was advised that the first item was shipped separately seven days after I put my order in, that the second item was shipped almost fourteen days after the original order date and I then received an email stating that the third item was no longer in stock almost three weeks after I had put my order in and paid for it. I had emailed them previously chasing up where all my items were only to be fobbed off with excuses and dates that shipping never occurred. I received my first item on 23 December, the second and third items in early January. I was furious as it had taken over a month to receive three items (their website states 5-7 days) and I still had no notification of the fourth item being shipped. All staff were extremely unhelpful and refused to refund my money as I needed all the items for the Christmas period. I was finally able to receive advice that the fourth item was never shipped, I had to request a refund and I am still waiting for the refund over three months later for one item. When Lucy in the Sky was originally Australian owned, I ordered all the time, they were fantastic, lovely and shipping was super fast. Since now being American owned it has turned to absolute dust and they also don't advertise that they are no long Australia owned. I would never ever order again from Lucy in the Sky and I would urge you to rethink about your next order. I have tried contacting them to let them know my frustrations and as always, they did not care nor offer a refund or anything of the kind.

I have ordered of Lucy a lot in the past, they were really quick and I received my package in a number of days. Something has changed, and now they're terrible. I ordered 3 items 3 weeks ago. They have so far only shipped 2 of them, and they shipped them after the 2 week mark! Its now been 3 weeks, and 1 item hasn't even been shipped, and the other 2 haven't even left the US yet. My guess is I'll receive 2 after the 4 week mark, and the other one- who knows?! Dont order off here,
