Purchased a personalized Dora the Explorer DVD from Kideo. They placed my nieces face over the cartoon body of one of Dora's friend. Turned out to be very cute! The DVD even had my nieces name printed on the front of it.
After purchasing the DVD, I received a email from Kideo saying that their production facilities are in New York, and due to the hurricane that hit, they would be a delay in delivering. I received the DVD about 2.5 weeks later which I thought was fine considering the hurricane. They were very efficient in responding to my emails and keeping me uptodate with the whole process.
