This place sports a wonderful array of equipment for sale. I have purchased computer accessories on several occasions over the last 12 months. However your heart is always in your mouth when it comes to deliveries actually arriving [from overseas]
At best things take say 3 weeks to arrive..at worst they dont arrive at all. I am currently in dispute over 3 items outstanding for up to 6 weeks.
At this point in time I say thank god to PayPal as I know they are on my side against this sort of issue. This current episode will be the straw that breaks the camels back...and I will make no further purchases from this supplier

Very disappointing and frustrating service
I ordered a perfume which was dispatched quite promptly but the spray was faulty. ok. Sent it back with explanation. They said yes it's faulty but instead of sending me a new one they have made me wait two months until they get a replacement from the original provider. Then I said enough waiting, the customer is at the bottom of the chain with your processes but the person writing back in not very good English obviously didn't read the email properly and said they are still waiting for the item... to give me my money back?
This is really very disappointing service - well no service actually, especially as you can't talk to anyone, you have to communicate through a website to someone who's English isn't the best.
so I'm still waiting for a resolution and seriously thinking of contacting the ACCC.
I bought the above from this site on 8/3/14 because i heard reasonable reports about it,THEY WERE ALL WRONG? ive done previous report about this same purchase so ill make it shorter.
I sent the mobile back only from penrith to Alexandria in Sydney they got it i sent it on 8/4/14 they got it at their PO Box on the 9/4/14 IT TOOK THEM TILL 24/4 TO ACTUALLY GET IT FROM POST OFFICE BLOODY UNACCEPTABLE.I asked for a replacement mobile after this one was checked as faulty,It was checked to be faulty quite quick i suppose from this company buy they said i forgot to put plug in and until i sent it back nothing would happen,i sent back the plug on 28/4/14 i sent the plug back express post they got it at post office on 29/4/14.THEY DIDNT GET IT ACTUALLY OUT OF THEIR PO BOX TILL 5/5/14 AGAIN UNACCEPTABLE Now i said i only wanted a refund They said its been transferred to their accounts dept for refund and it will only take a few days? TODAY ITS THE 10/5 AND ITS BEEN 5 DAYS NOT A FEW DONT BUT ANYTHING OFF THIS COMPANY I WOULDNT RISK IT?
I ordered this Galaxy note 3 from SS on 8/3/14 NOTHING HAPPENED FOR 10 WHOLE DAYS? I emailed the company numerous time to find out a time frame they aren't good on communication? then I got mobile by courier I asked first off to be sent to a parcel locker at Penrith no worries no replys then all of a sudden I couldn't send it to the parcel lockers because the courier wouldn't take it there AGAIN BAD COMMUNICATION.
NOW I opened the box and found the mobile wouldn't update or be able to check for updates for software because it says its been modified? I contacted this customer service again and took days to get reply , I can send it back BUT IT'LL TAKE APPROX 20 DAYS TIMEFRAME FOR THEM TO LOOK AT IT WHAT ALOAD OF CRAP I'LL BE WITHOUT A MOBILE FOR THAT LONG?
I don't know if I'll send it back. I don't want to be without a mobile for about 3 weeks SO BE AWARE IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPPING SQUARE THEIR COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.

In October 2012 we'd bought a couple of high capacity micro sd cards for our cameras in this order, and the whole purchase went ahead relatively hassle-free, which is typical of our dealings with this company.
We always tend to buy Sandisk brand because they seem to be very reliable. In this instance we had one fail, in September of this year (11 months after purchase.)
I contacted the company and was given a prepaid mailing address to return the card, and after a small delay (couple of weeks, maybe?) was notified that another one was on the way, and it arrived within a couple of days.
A fairly straightforward process, and this experience with their warranty support probably gives me the confidence to purchase more costly items from them should the need arise in the future.
Having done an online search, shopping square offered my item at the lowest and with free delivery. Item arrived quickly and as described. Would definitely shop from there again.
In the past I have been reluctant to purchase memory cards online, but decided a few months ago to risk buying from Shopping Square because I simply couldn't afford the local price at the time. The cards I bought at the time were genuine and have had no problems with them, so I was only too happy to deal with them again when I needed a new card.
The local store charges 3 times the price for a card with half the memory, and service there (at the local store) is non-existent, so I have no hesitation whatsoever in dealing with an online source instead.
I ordered on a weekend, and had it by the end of the week. Will definitely buy from them again.
My only advice would be that while their prices from their HK warehouse are sometimes a couple of $ cheaper, that difference is also sometimes charged extra on international postage charges, so it turns out about the same total cost whether shipped from their Australian warehouse or overseas, but shipping time is only a matter of days rather than having to wait weeks for it to arrive from overseas.
