I made a order for personalized balloons for a birthday party. I ordered 100 balloons online. The website is a little slow but ok. The balloons arrived a couple of days later, however they were the wrong colour (they came white. I ordered them in pink) I called the company and spoke to a man named Ben who was extremely helpful. He said that he would reprint me the balloons in pink and hand deliver them to me as I needed them in two days time for the birthday. True to word, Ben dropped off the balloons to my house the day before the birthday. He didn't ask for any extra payment.
Such a great experience and I highly recommend them for future purchases. The personalized balloons were a big hit at the party
