Campion Education provided all the textbooks and novels necessary for my education. The service on the phone was moderate as contact was difficult for a few days, however, once the call was picked up, the service was excellent with polite employees answering the phone. Shipping took approximately three to four days which is quite short.
To avoid the rush and the need to go into store. Campion Education does the job for you. If you child is a listed school on this site, all you do is click and select the year you require. The booklist and stationary is ordered as easy at that. The prices are quite reasonable and for the pure ease its hard to pass on using this site to buy your kids items for school.
It gets delivered to the school directly. The site has set delivery dates for each school. Great experience and so easy. Will continue to use this site, as it saves a lot of time treking around stores and kids being distracted by wanting to buy other items that are not required!
This is one of the rudest incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. To make matters worse, they have a monopoly in the school book industry so there is nowhere else to go. Year after year of dealing with this store is demoralising. If there are problems with an order and a smiling face to explain things then we can accept that. Unfortunatly yhe management of this company, with its monopoly is just rude and arrogant. No use taking it out on the poor kids in store as they are just there during the busy period. Management hide out of site so they don't have to face uP to their CUSTOMERS. Oh, yes Campion. We might be forced to deal with you but we are customers and you are taking our money.
