I placed me order first thing in the morning hoping to surprise my wife on her birthday but i was sadly mistaken to try and save a few bucks.
I called her at 2 and asked if anything had arrived for her. she said no so i called value flowers. the lady who answered said the flowers were not even on the way yet. She said that because my wife worked in a hospital they had assumed they could deliver late. She said the flowers wouldnt be able to be delivered till after 5. That there wasnt a driver wasnt going to be back at the depo before 5. That was unacceptable. I thought same day delivery would mean before 5 and since they are located in a suburb next door i thought that it wouldve arrived in the morning.
Worst part was that no one called me to say they were late.I found out at 2:30 when i called them. it was too late for me to order anything from anyone else. my surprise ruined.
avoid them. pay a bit extra and go with a company of professionals like roses only.
