I ordered 25kg of caustic soda for soap making on January 31 and received my order on February 4. To find out the delivery charge I had to call their office. My enquiry was handled efficiently and the actual delivery charge levied was a little less than I was quoted----a nice surprise! So my first experience was a positive one----good customer service, swift despatch and delivery, a very fair total price.
