I had my heart set on a sequined gown for a ball I was going to. Unfortunately there was nothing in my price range in stores. I stumbled across PromGirl and fell in love. I ordered a gorgeous sequined Sherri Hill gown. It arrived less than a week later which was awesome. However when I tried it on it was about two sizes too small. I knew American sizing was different but I should have actually taken my B, W, H measurements. I sent it back. They make you pay for return shipping, as well as the shipping for them to send you your replacement choices back. They also don't do refunds, just store credits. They also charge a "processing" fee. I spent about $400 on the dress but with two lots of postage it was more like $500.
