We did the inexcusable----over Easter we allowed ourselves to run out of Meloxicam which greatly assists our ageing cat with her arthritis. She didn't complain but we needed more of the medication fast. I called Petceutics in Sydney on April 2 to explain our predicament and was told they were out of stock but would order some in immediately. They said they would receive it on April 3 and would express mail it to us on the Gold Coast on the same day. They told me to place my order online which I did. On April 3 we received email confirmation that the medication had been express mailed to us and we were given a tracking number. The medication duly arrived on schedule on April 4. Exemplary customer service and an effective product at a good price----we're happy, as is our cat!
Our 15 year old cat suffers with arthritis but Meloxicam helps a lot. We ordered three tubes mid afternoon on September 24 and requested express mail as we had left the ordering a little late. We emailed the vet's prescription and put the original in the mail. We received order confirmation and shipping advice. The express mail satchel arrived on September 26.
Petceutics has a worthwhile loyalty programme. Very happy with their service and prices.
Yet again we left it to the last minute to order more Meloxicam for our cat. Petceutics were terrific: I placed the order on March 12, requested express mail and scanned and emailed our vet's prescription. Petceutics despatched same day and we received the next day. We mailed the original of the prescription.
Whilst the price has risen substantially since our last order, Petceutics were efficient and flexible.
Ordered medication for my dog at 3.00pm on Monday 15th June-- order dispatched by Petceutics 4.19 Tuesday 16th when they received the original of our prescription and received at my home in Adelaide at 1.49 Wednesday 17th-- less than 48 hours after order-- exemplary service.
In addition my dog is on 3 different medications-- by buying from Petceutics rather than our vet we saved $360 for three months usage Recommend them most highly-- great all round service
