The ordering process was easy and I was able to write a special message with my Monkey and have it delivered directly to our friends interstate.
Delivery was a bit longer than you'd get from a bigger website but it was worth a few days extra wait for a more personalised product like this.
They also don't have tracking options on shipments so I was left wondering when/if they would get it but the package turned up all ok.
