Great products, but hard to contact so patchy service
I've ordered from TinyMe twice now, and the first time blew me away. I ordered late on a Wednesday night, choose pick up, and had a call on Friday morning to tell me the bags were ready.
The second time I ordered, I followed the suggestion to add something additional to my order at half price, but when I went to checkout, it was full price. I tried calling their customer service number but got a recorded message telling me that they were closed for the Easter long weekend and would reopen on 10th April (a week after Easter). I ended up not purchasing the additional item, and couldn't leave a message for their team about it.
It is also frustrating to be able to get delivery to another address, but not be able to include a gift card for the recipient.
I'll probably buy from them again, but I will always have to take the pick up option, or delivery to myself so I can gift wrap the present. I won't take the additional suggested item either.
