I purchase a baby sling for a baby shower present last year. Since it was for a gift, I specifically requested for it to be wrapped and I wrote a message for the card. When it arrived, the wrapping paper is pink (I clearly indicated that it's for a baby boy) and no card present. My friend was quick to comment on the wrapping paper colour! The sling itself is great but service is disappointing.
I purchased a number of items from Nursing Angel on 12 December 2012, including a Cherub Baby Bottle Microwave Steriliser, Cherub Baby Microwave Steriliser Bags and a Medala Special Needs Feeder. Nursing Angel was recommended to me by my Maternal Child Health Nurse as it is one of the few places I could find the special needs feeder.
Items were dispatched on 13 December, and they were received on 14 December. Shipping cost $11.95.
I received a number of emails from the Nursing Angel website including confirmation of order, confirmation of payment, awaiting shipment status, shipped status, and then an Australia Post track advice notification. It was refreshing to be kept appraised of my orders movement through their system.
