I ordered two down filled jackets off Lands end and received them well within the shipping time, which was good. However, when I tried on my jacket which I had bought to travel Europe in winter it wasn't very warm at all despite the warmth rating, as I was freezing when walking my dog in it in Sydney's winter! However my dad is happy with his and Land's end's quality is usually satisfactory! The site is easy to use and we received significant discounts on our items.
