After ordering, emails are sent to ensure that items have been confirmed, prepared, packaged and shipped. The shipping did not take long. An extra bonus is that the item is shipped in a lace pink bag and contains a personalised card thanking for shopping at the website and the item purchased. The bag is inside a cardboard box to protect it when it's shipped.
