A Christmas present that didn't arrive in time....
I purchased a deal through Living Social as I thought it would be a good Christmas present, I purchased 24 magnets (3 packs of 8).
I tried to process the order on 30/11/2015 and had issues with the voucher code, the magnapix customer service team did not respond to my help queries at all on their website or Facebook page, even though I had sent them screen shots of the error and I could see the message had been read on Facebook.
If it weren't for Living Social assisting I would not have been able to place the order at all.
After eventually placing the order on the 3/12/15 the order did not arrive til 29/12/15. In this time I was in contact with Magnapix on several occasions, they responded back this time which was good. However part of their resolution was that I should contact the courier company and track the parcel myself.
They advised that the item was shipped on 11/12/15, however the courier company says they didn't receive it til 15/12/15.
In summary, the magnets were good quality and the website was easy to use, but the shipping time was massive and the customer service when I eventually got assistance was mediocre. I wouldn't bother shopping with them again.
Buyers beware. I ordered two Living Social Deals to use on Magnapix magnets. The deal stipulated that an additional shipping cost of $6.95 per order was required (which I was happy to pay). However when I received the package both orders arrived in one parcel. I requested a refund of $6.95 for one shipping fee that had not been required. I dealt with Dylan and his attitude was both rude and condescending. The customer service of this company was appalling! I will never order anything from Magnapix again. There are better companies out there with free international delivery, like Stickygram.com
I bought a deal for magnapix through living social and was really impressed by their cute, well-made magnets. The picture quality is really nice and the price is perfect - amazing for a gift! That said, the shipping was a little slow (over three weeks when they'd said two) and the customer service team a little curt(I thought I'd positioned by images wrong and had to contact them)
