On May 23 we ordered a replacement part for our very efficient (but very heavy!) Dyson vacuum cleaner. The poor thing was making so much noise that it was even waking our cat! The part duly arrived on May 30 and the Dyson is back to its (relatively) quiet self. The price of the part was fair.
This was the second time within about a week that we had to order a small replacement part for our Dyson vacuum cleaner. Our order was placed online on May 31. As before, Dyson's email communications were timely and informative. The part was received on June 6. Considering Dyson obviously have a monopoly on parts for their own machines, the price of this part was reasonable, as was the postage charge.
I ordered an extra filter for our Dyson vacuum cleaner as during renovation work to our house we were using our Dyson so much more than usual, for really dusty jobs and we just couldn't keep waiting for the filter to dry after we had washed it.
I looked around for the filter that we needed hoping to find one in a physical store in my local area so that I wouldn't have to wait for delivery, with no luck. I found it on the Dyson website with relative ease and was really pleased to see that the filter was inexpensive and shipping was free.
The filter arrived within the advised time frame and was well packaged.
I was really happy with this ordering experience and was really pleased to see that Dyson make their parts easy to obtain and reasonably priced.
