ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY
Bought a pair of heels for $60 to wear to an event - everything went fine until they arrived. $60 for a pair of unwearable heels - glue marks all over them, loose & broken caps at the base of the heel, uneven heel height, inside lining was peeling off and the zips didn't zip up or down. After speaking to the "customer service" team through 12 separate emails (each replied to on different days) asking for a new, decent pair to be sent I was told I would have to pay the return shipping from Australia and it would take 15 days to process before they would do anything. A complete joke given the absolute rubbish they originally sent. Missguided should be checking items before people pay good money for them! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I bought a dress on Missguided last November, it was a bad quality for not a cheap price! then I decided to send it back and ask for refund. Posting the dress back cost me $16 and I am still waiting for refund!!!! It was sent on November 2013 and now it is March 2014! I have written 4 emails so far with just one reply that asked me to WAIT!
Missguided is THE WORST online shopping website I have ever seen, and I pretty much buy everything online.

Great Products for a Great Price
I've purchased many items from Miss Guided over the last 6 months. Th website is easy to navigate, photographs are good, payment and confirmation process is straight forward. I've noticed they are continually enhancing their website to make it more clean and simple (a very ASOS feel).
My orders arrive usually within 7-10 days.
Love their vast collection and reasonable prices.
I've had to return two dresses (approx valued at $220) and the return process was easy. A reply address label was provided to place on parcel. Account was refunded within 2 weeks no questions asked!

Surprisingly good quality
I ordered a pair of tailored cigarette trousers from here and I really love them! They were actually surprisingly good quality and they fit really well. The website is easy to use and im happy that i received a discount on the pants although did not get free shipping. The shipping was quite good as it arrived well within its promised time frame.
I honestly love this site, the prices, the clothes and everything is easy to navigate. The clothing I have purchased fits great. I would recommend this site to anyone and everyone! In my opinion the only negative thing is that I find the choice of color for clothing is very repetitive and SOME things are a bit over priced. I purchased a lace bustier that looked amazing on the model for 40$ but it didn't even look like what I saw on the site and it looks like someone made it in arts & crafts class. I was very disappointed but other than that I'm definitely ordering again.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. It's been 2 weeks now and i didn't receive my parcel ! I bought a playsuit and a jumpsuit for 2 occasions and guess what , one of the occasion passed and the other is tomorrow and I'm without clothes. WELL DONE ! Truly speechless by your delivery ! I ask where is my parcel? You didn't even send me an email saying that my order has been dispatched, and the irony is that you said that the buyer will be receive an email ... WHAT A SHAME! It's my first time '''''buying'''' from Missguided and the last. People out there, you must order your clothes 6 months before you need them , to be totally safe -.-

Thanks to you missguided, my family's xmas has been ruined. I have no outfit now to wear to my sister's engagement party.
Based on my experience (and this is my first time!!), i will not advice anyone to shop here and i will not be coming back either!
So this is my first time ordering from misguided and i must stay it has been a horrible experience. I first heard of misguided via my fellow youtubers and i figured i should try it out. I made my order on 12/12/2014.it's been 12 days (xmas eve) now and i day before xmas and my order is still on hold. After i made my order, they charged my bank account so i figured everything went well. It was not until after a week that i went on my missguided account that i realized that my order was on hold. Keep in mind that they had already charged me my bank account and it's been a week and no one had contacted to tell me that my order was on hold. I emailed their customer care inquiring what went wrong. They replied a few days later saying that my billing address was inaccurate and they required my driver's license and a utility bill to prove ownership. I sent in my driver's license but did not send in a utility bill as i live with my parents and the bills are on their names. This i explained to them. Their agent asma (security check employee) said they received my driver's license which was approved but they still needed a utility bill and if i couldn't provide it that i should cancel my order and reorder it again using the right billing address. I explained that i lived with my parents and that i couldn't provide a utility bill. Instead i sent in a letter i received at my billing address which bares my name and address. Also, my driver's license bears my name and my billing address. A combination of both orders i presumed was adequate enough to prove that i indeed was the bearer of the card. Also, how do the hell do they expect me to cancel the order now when it's only a few days before xmas and i need the dress for my sister's engagement party on xmas day. It's been days now and after countless emails to both the customer care and security department, all i have gotten is their automated emails explaining how busy they are. My question is this: if you are so busy, why don't you hire more help that way people don't have to wait forever to get a reply or their orders? Also, i just found out that there was no error on my billing address so can you please mail my outfit not?!. I was supposed to wear the outfit tomorrow to my sister's engagement party but thanks to missguided and them not replying my emails, i have to go on a last minute shopping.
This is by far my worst experience online shopping and trust me, i shop online a lot!!!!!!
Send out my order missguided and answer your emails.
I'm sorry it had to come to this but i had to cuz you guys are not replying my countless email.
If you have an important event to go to, i won't advice getting it from here!!!!!
