Purchased 2 x sets of Dancing Speakers from this company as Christmas gifts. Gifts were therefore not opened for the first time until Christmas day.
The fluid inside one of the speakers had leaked out inside the box and the plastic bag which the speaker was in, making it non functioning. The other set worked perfectly.
I contacted the company by email on Christmas day requested a replacement or refund for faulty product. They will not agree to either. Very disappointing and upsetting for the child who received a broken gift for Christmas.
