I had a pretty bad experience with this shop. Ordered a pretty looking Isabel Marant knock off sandals which arrived very quickly (took them about a week to arrive). Unfortunately the quality was very poor: after only a few times of wear (about 3 weeks after I got them), the right sandal started to fall apart. The sole was almost completely detached from the sandal.
Customer service was unhelpful and refused to compensate me although I sent pictures of the broken sole.
Will not buy there again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
For 130 USD I would expect a better quality and a helpful customer service.

I had the same issue almost with them shoes were too sizes to small terrible customer service the shoes r not accurate the sizes are way off , i mean not jus one size .. I bought a us 10 ended up with like a us 8. Return them paid like 50.00 bucks to do that, for a us 11 ant those fit like a us 9. So im stuck with shoes that my heels hang off the back of .. They suck
What could you possibly do its been months and i gave the shoes to my sister.. You shoulda been on this subject when i was emailing you then ,but you ignored me when something could have been done ..Thats not customer service this is posted so you can look good to potential buyers..i work in customer service and this is not.. Beware buyer, there from asia and if you dont like your item. You will not be able to return unless you wanna pay like 100.00 to ship then if you do they cant track overseas so you could possibly lose unless they start using return shipping labels then you may be in luck.. Shoes do run to damn small..they also should be letting people know that as well.. Tired of getting ripped off by these companies overseas beware!!!

This is a really cool online shop, they have so many inspired shoes which has the looks without having to pay for big bucks.
I've ordered a pair rumi sandals & is extremely happy with my purchase. The quality is good and they are also really comfy and easy to match. I think this pair of sandals is going to go everywhere with me this summer.
I like how they offer free shipping & express shipping i think is $15. I chose free shipping coz i wasn't needed them in a hurry and they posted pretty quick i think 3 days later, i received my shoes just over 2 weeks which is faster than i thought coz on their website it says free shipping is 10-25 working days.
Overall I'm really pleased with them. Nice design of shoes, affordable price, good quality and free shipping option, i really couldn't ask for more. I have already recommended few friends to this online shop & I'll definitely purchase from them again. I'm going to order stella sandals next time, that lover cutout shoes is also so amazing!!

My qamra boots arrived today. Love them !! They look exactly the same as pictured, very happy with them. Reading thr reviews I was a little nervous about ordering, but it was an easy process. Got my shoes and now I'm a happy girl. I ordered a size up as suggested and they fit me nicely (usually size 6, ordered size7, but I do have a higher arched feet). I'll certainly shop there again.
I purchased the CARMEN Gold studded Ankle boots (http://www.shopjessicabuurman.com/carmen-gold-studded-ankle-boots-p-685.html) from this online shop, because I wanted boots with a similar look to the Chloe Susanna boots that all the celebrities are rocking. These boots were EXACTLY what I was looking for, and I was very pleased to see that they ship worldwide (I live in Canada and a lot of other online shops with similar boots wouldn't ship here).
The price was reasonable and the website even offers a 10% off your first purchase which i was very happy about. I paid with Paypal and no issues, and the boots arrived a little earlier than I expected (website says around 2-4 weeks, I got my boots in 3). For sizes make sure you purchase a size UP, I am a size 7 and ordered an 8, and they are the perfect fit. The quality of the shoes weren't too bad and I know I will get a lot of wear out of these boots.
The site was excellent with keeping me posted about my order (I got an email for when it was being processed, when the boots got shipped, and even got a tracking number).
the ONLY thing that threw me off, is that the website said shipping was FREE but I had to pay $20 at the door when my boots arrived to the shipping carrier. Other than this -- good experience.

so i ordered these boots from this store about a month ago and still didnt get my order. First, when I asked about my order they said its already posted but its late because of the Chinese New year and after 20 days I asked again and they replied saying that my order hasnt posted and its in the shipping courier's warehouse. and now its been more than a month and still didnt get it. I even paid for the express shipping. I will never shop there again

Bought a pair of shoes , us size 10 i failed to see the tiny writing that says order a size up, until after i paid ,,and they are located in china, got the shoes my feet hung off the back,, they do not give money back for incorrect size!! Is that ridiculous for mail order china merch, i think so,, anyway after i paid almost 50.00 to return them for a us 11 took like a month ,, they were too small, and im stuck with shoes i cant use because they are not honest bout sizes and they wont respond to emails ,, terrible customer service.. im a 10 in the us all the time their shoes run like 2 sizes too small .. They are liars and they try to make it seem like their buisness is a us buisness by their name,, they are just another china online store with poor quality you may as well just use ebay ,, buy at your own risk!!!! nightmare purchase!!

Don't Order from this company
The company falsely portrays itself with an American name that causes you to purchase from them. Then they show photos of good quality products but once receive the products they are very poor quality. Synthetic material. They do not have a phone number and they do not pay for product return. The boots were too small and very very cheaply made. It was going to cost me $250 via UPS to send the boots back and the company has a PO Box so once it got to their country it could not be tracked which makes it easy for them to say they didn't get them. I feel scammed and would like to warn others of this company. I paid $139 for a boot of $10 quality.
I ordered from Jessica Buurman and was frustrated with the lack of communication about my package. I was also frustrated with how long it has taken for my package to arrive. This company sent me an email and explained why it took a few days to hear back and they apologized. They helped to remedy the situation by providing me with a substantial discount off of the shoes. I really appreciate the great customer service I received once they contacted me. There was a little frustration in the beginning ,but I feel that I can safely say this company has done it's best to help me in any way they can.

1. 'I have not received an email back. I emailed the customer service representatives on Wednesday of this week and it is Friday night, there has been no reply. I emailed again today and have received nothing back. '
I've run a email history search and from our email history search your email has been replied on time and all within 24 hours (Please see screen shot attached).
2. 'sent me an email saying i would receive my package in "3-4 business days". My follow up question was what exact date would I receive the shoes. I felt 3-4 business days was vague and if EVERY other online store can give me an exact date of arrival, why can't Jessica Buurman.'
The reason we do NOT provide the exact day is because the shipping companies are their individual companies and we do not have any control of their quality of service. Therefore we can not 100% guarantee if the shipping company will 100% deliver your package on the date they've promised us without any delay (how long will it takes to clear the custom..etc).
3. 'while scrolling through some of these other reviews I doubt I will receive my shoes anytime soon. I understand that sometimes there are issues with orders and complications.'
Base on the DHL tracking number we have provided to you, you can track your parcel live on DHL official website. Your package will be arrived either today or tomorrow.
