Improving my interview technique
I was having trouble getting a promotion to the next level at work, even though I had been acting at that level for a long time. I had received some feedback and it came down to my interview technique. I decided to do something about it and came across this website with products written by an Author Dr Ann Villiers. She is an expert in public sector staff selection and retention.
I bought a self promotion pack which included a book, a information pack and CD with interview questions on it. It cost me $78 AUD but was worth every cent. I read through the materials and applied them to my next interview and won the job. It is also an Australian product which is great.
