I was a bit sceptical ordering off a website not knowing anyone who had used them before or seen the product, but after a few product sample deliveries (always came really quickly) we ordered some blinds - mainly due to it being about $1500 cheaper than going with someone local. When I checked out it said about 15 days for delivery but it would have been about half that when they arrived!
We hit a small snag when putting the blinds up as the wrong brackets had been sent for two of the blinds. I emailed that day (Saturday) and had a reply early Monday morning apologising and stating the correct brackets would be express posted!
Overall had an excellent experience, and I will be using these guys again if/when we need some more blinds.
