I placed an order with Select IP Australia for a spider and insect vacuum (seriously, look it up, it is awesome) after the one that I have used for the last few years lost suction.
I wasn't initially able to place my order due to a technical issue with the website, but an email to them sorted the issue out within 24 hours.
The vacuum was well packed and arrived to a WA address in good time.
The website isn't the best I have ever used, but their service is good and items are as described. I would happily order from them again.
