I declined as I felt this was unnecessary and instead they sent me a prompt refund for the difference in price. This was unexpected and not something I had insisted on as I have always received excellent service from 2 Brothers Foods and I understand that sometimes mistakes happen. Their customer service has always impressed me, but it did so even more than usual on this occasion.

I placed my second order from 2 Brothers Foods as I was running low on some pantry items. My order included items such as nuts, dried fruit and sugar.
The prices were competitive with what I have found from bulk food stores elsewhere, not the cheapest, but fair for the convenience of online shopping. Far cheaper than the local supermarket!!
Ordering was easy, although they were sadly out of stock of one item that I needed, but as this was clearly displayed on the ordering page, it wasn't an issue during the ordering process, just a shame really.

I had heard good things about 2 Brothers Foods and they did not disappoint.
I placed the order on a Sunday and it arrived at my door (WA) on the following Wednesday. The order was well packed with all of the bags carefully labelled so I knew what was in each one. The enclosed invoice noted that they were out of stock of one item and a refund would follow. The refund took another 4 working days to be processed but as it was a very small amount, I was not concerned.
Overall, I was really happy with this purchasing experience. I am more than happy with the food itself, delivery was really quick and inexpensive and they took care packing my order.
