Some orders I pay little shipping and on my smallest order to date I paid $40. Very inconsistent. The magnets in the copper 4nine mod are backwards and have had multiple customers return them. It's hard to order with little incentive for us retailers. Also need a new credit card processing system. No other wholesalers charge 2%-3% for credit card processing.
We had been seeking a wholesale distributor for several months that had the right product mix, quick delivery times, and reasonable prices. We are very happy we found La Vaporz and consider them an important vendor. They sent us a replacement unit in a few days on one unit that didn't work properly.
Made an order had issues with out of stock products. Made contact with the shop and they were very good at filling my order with what they had and will call when the get their stock in. Great guys great service.

I tried having my order shipped to my store in Texas and billed to my account in Louisiana. Order arrived in 4 days..... to my Louisiana address. Now I get to wait twice as long for inventory and pay double shipping... WTG

Great Customer service, need to work on Quality Control
Products are good. Need to work on Quality Control. 4 out 5 orders, shipped the wrong product(s). Did not want to pay for return shipping so kept the products (cuz its similar but different ohms or color or superficial defects that we used for display instead) and have to reorder the second time around which is a hassle and financially consuming (must meet their $1500 minimum for free shipping or $350 minimum for checking out). Avoided writing reviews until now. Didn't want to write anything negative. But please work on your QC. thanks
On my last order, I received a cal within one hour of placing it online and received it the next day. The products were exactly what I ordered. On my order I had a couple items that were not in stock, which took my total down below the minimum and they had no problem completing it anyway. I love dealing with LA Vaporz.
The website is easy to navigate, check out is simple, and my items where shipped the same day they called to verify the products where in stock. The 3D RBA and origin kit does not come with the drip tips, but LA Vaporz has a huge selection of tips, so not too much of an inconvenience. The products are exactly what you see.
