The shipping was very fast. That is always great. Product was authentic and good. Which is always great. Wish there was smaller quantities on some items but overall a great e-store.
I was a little spectacle at first, especially with credit card process proposed. But they had no issue doing the transaction COD and with a quick trip the the bank their product arrive immediately and I am able to get the product on my shelf for sale in less than a week.
The communication was spot on and although they are working through growing pains, that should tell you they are doing well and communicating effectively was a huge plus.
I would easily do business with them again, and hope they can accept PayPal or something similar in near future. I did not rate warranty as we have just started our relationship and I have not had any product returned yet.
