Some orders I pay little shipping and on my smallest order to date I paid $40. Very inconsistent. The magnets in the copper 4nine mod are backwards and have had multiple customers return them. It's hard to order with little incentive for us retailers. Also need a new credit card processing system. No other wholesalers charge 2%-3% for credit card processing.

Disappointed
I've been using LA Vaporz for a couple of months and have over all been pleased with their prices & delivery. A couple of weeks ago I placed my largest order to date and really needed it for the weekend. (Had a big day planned including a cloud comp.) I called on Tuesday, was assured that the order was going out that day, so I paid extra for 3-day shipping to be sure I had it in time. The order didn't go out until Thursday, so I did not have it for the weekend. Had I known that it wasn't shipping until Thursday, I would have paid for next day delivery. Very disappointed, might not use them again.

Incorrect shipments
I ordered coils and got the wrong ones. I paid to have them shipped back to get the right ones to only again get the wrong ones again. The invoice is as clear as day.
This company used to be really good with orders and it's changed recently. They used to ship through a regional carrier and I would get my shipments next day. Now they been using UPS and I am getting my shipment in 2 or 3 days. I will try this company again in the next few months. They've done really well building the business but I feel they're going through growing pains. They need a better structure to handle the influx of orders.

Great Customer service, need to work on Quality Control
Products are good. Need to work on Quality Control. 4 out 5 orders, shipped the wrong product(s). Did not want to pay for return shipping so kept the products (cuz its similar but different ohms or color or superficial defects that we used for display instead) and have to reorder the second time around which is a hassle and financially consuming (must meet their $1500 minimum for free shipping or $350 minimum for checking out). Avoided writing reviews until now. Didn't want to write anything negative. But please work on your QC. thanks

Decent prices, Great shipping, love the COD option
As above states, their prices are pretty good, have found some better. Their selection and shipping speed is great, and having the option of COD is wonderful because it affords the opportunity of not having to pay up front for product. The reason they did not get an all 5 star review is that they have substituted colors, and run out of products and to return merchandise it must be in a sealed package.How are you supposed to know if a product is functional without opening the packaging?
I had a great experience with LA Vapors Wholesale. They took very good care of me and all items were as described. The pricing was a little high but the convenience was worth the extra dough

There are a few items I would order more of if you offered a better color selection. For instance the Aspire cf mod is only offered in black. I would like to get the other colors, as well.
