I received an email from Burberry notifying me of the current sale.
I browsed the sale items and came a across a good birthday present - the haymarket check belt on sale from $410 down to $246.00 with free shipping promotion.
I placed an order for this on the 2/6/2014 received a confirmation email of the order along with another email confirming shipping on 3/6/2014.
I did not receive the confirmation email on 16/06/2014 (Almost two weeks) for pick up so i contacted customer service to follow up the item.
Customer service apoligized and confirmed that the item was shipped to the flag store already and that she will send me an email to print and bring to the store.
A day after I still have not received the email therefore had to make another follow up call and get the item shipped out to me instead of in-store collection.
This was a waste of my time and I am still very unhappy with the overall service.
I received an email to advise that Burberry had a ssale on.
I browsed to have a look to see what was a nice gift for the hubby's birthday.
I placed an order for the Burberry heritage check cashmere scarf in Charcoal check $365 with monogramming $105
Total $470.
I received the item not long after, completely beautifully wrapped as a gift. no damages, item was amazing and lovely, warm and soft as it is cashmere.
Gold circle wrapping box, gold ribbon, tags attached.
I was happy and it was a perfect birthday present.
