my choosen shoe was a bit hard.. not really comfortable to wear and bit pain... nevertheless the shipping was fast..and the shoe was actually beautiful
at first, impressed have big range of products. Photos are nice and pricing reasonable. But found that products majority out of stock!
Finally I select one item was about to make payment, but then the payment system is very confusing. it just prompt a bank account and no directed to payment gateway. I accidentally click escape, and then couldn't found the bank acc no information again.... i m lazy to log in the site anymore.
Personally, I will not purchase again because of the size. My shoes size is EU35. The first shoes that I bought recently from Vsoft did not really fit my feet perfectly.
The shoe I bought is small..how can I return for bigger size. I Don see a return policy.
Designs are nice..Easy ordering. And fast shipping. Appreciate if you can mention the heel size. And if printed..how much is the length of the point to where it fits the toe. This would enable the customer to gage the size.

Wedge Heel Pumps - Product received in good condition. Mostly satisfied with the shoes except it was a bit loose and I had to do some adjustments like inserting padded insoles to make it fit better. Overall a good buy.
Delivery - superb (within 24 hrs) Items ordered - 1st item exactly correct & 2nd item is totally different from the one paid. Summary - 2nd item sent back and Vsoft promise to refund for the poslaju charges BUT until they takes time to send back the correct item. Conclusion - Vsoft is slow in term of changing item for the Client.
Service Review - Great!! I had to exchange the shoes as the size was wrong. Exchange was done promptly (within the day), without hassle (they personally brought the shoes to me for exchange), and with a smile and friendly words from the delivery man, Real pleasure.
Product Review - Satisfactory. Although comfortable, the innersoles of the shoes were not soft or cushiony as described. In fact, there was no soft padding in the innersoles at all, and is probably not suitable for long shopping trips. I am nevertheless happy with my purchases.
