I sent two items back the day after receiving my order (both items didn't fit properly and one had a black mark at the bottom). Two weeks later and I'm still waiting to hear from a representative. I've sent a follow up email and still nothing. Have tried calling the office only to be answered by a machine time and time again. Have posted a comment on their facebook page hoping someone will attend to this.
Beware of buying from their online store, if you need to do a return or exchange you'll be waiting for a long long time!! They also seem to have a lot more 'stricter' rules on exchanges and returns than most fashion stores trading in Australia.
