In 3 years of regular deliveries i had product missing in my last order. This is only the second time over the 3 years. Not bad. Normally very efficient.
I had on two different occasions left written instruction to leave the package at home door. No signature required.
However the package still ended up being sent to the local post office which is normal but an extreme inconvenience for myself.
