On July 1 I ordered an iphone 5 induction charger which was despatched on July16 and received on July 20. Communication was excellent, postage was included in the price which was the lowest I could find, but I had completely misunderstood what the item was actually for! So it's useless to me----not Electronics Factory Outlet's fault.
