I brought a pair of Inov8 shoes from here. They were unusually big and poor quality. I buy this brand regularly so I know. On requesting a refund they wanted to charge me a 20 admin fee on top of postage to send them back. I had to resort to eBay resolution centre. They were rude and unprofessional to work with

Renai thank you for your feedback. As you are aware we offered you a number of alternatives, none of which you found acceptable and so you took the case to the ebay dispute resolution centre. You continued to claim that the shoes were poor quality and even counterfeit when I was able to happily show you that we buy directly from Inov8's authorised Australian distributor.
The e-bay dispute resolution centre are a third party who independently decide on cases and they decided in our favour. I am sorry that you found it necessary, despite them deciding in our favour to continue to claim that we were unreasonable.
We have hundreds of positive testimonials on our site from our happy customers, all of whom generally appreciate that we have clearly documented policies with respect to returns and exchanges.
