I have never ordered from City Beach online before! I ordered some shorts Monday morning and received them the very next day, love the free express shipping!
My order arrived packaged neatly and I am very happy with the quality. The price was quite high but very worth it in my opinion.

Free express shipping on orders over $10, best deal!
I usually purchase their products in store but sometimes they run out of my size so I started shop on their website which they have more choice of sizes. They have an express checkout for people who don't want to create an account, so what you need to do is just type-in your email address then you can continue to the process. Their Express Shipping are free on orders over $10 but the weird part is if you choose standard shipping on orders over $10, you'll be charged $9.95. The parcels shipped the next day I purchased online and I receive the next week, my order was 2 pairs of shoes and they looks exactly the same from picture. So overall it was ordinary but good deal on shipping.
In the main page of the search bar I entered "Haviannas". It came up with a number of images on the page with the different styles. I selected the style that I wanted and it proceeded to the next page wherein you select the color, size and quantity. Then I selected add to bag. I then proceeded to the checkout and there were a number of choices "existing members", "sign up" (account required) and "express checkout (no account required). I selected the last one and it asked for my email address. In the following page, it asked for my billing details (name, postcode, address and phone number) and it also asked for delivery options (express shipping or regular shipping) - I chose regular shipping. Then it also asked for Payment Information which was either paypal or credit card. I entered my credit card details and selected "confirm and pay". Then it came up with a confirmation of order screen. I received my delivery 5 days later. I was very happy with my item.
This is not my first time shopping from City Beach online. Each time I have had smooth transactions. If I'm not wrong they offer free express shipping over $10 which I'm sure everyone will hit $10. Purchases are received in a many of 3-4 days. I was really happy with that as I ordered some items for a holiday and they arrived just in time.
City Beach has a wide sale selection and also a wide range of prices. They carry all kinds of beach/swimwear brands and if you search under the sale section they come at really cheap prices. Love this site!
I bought a pair of shorts at City Beach for $29, reduced to $20 with a coupon my friend provided me. There was an initial problem during the checkout stage, when I attempted to pay through debit card. The funds were deducted from my account, but the order had not been confirmed on the website. I then proceeded to pay using Paypal, which was successful, but resulted in a double charge. As I had ordered it on a Sunday night, the instant messaging customer service was offline, but I contacted them on Monday morning, and they were very helpful in resolving this issue, and the pending credit card transaction from my debit card was subsequently removed.
The shorts came in the mail via free express shipping the next day, I was really happy with them; they're $50 on other websites, getting it for $20 including shipping was a real bargain!

I bought shorts and a pair of shoes from City Beach both for under $15. The sale items are usually very cheap and marked down greatly from RRP. The sizes are often quite limited in the sale section however and some items which have already been sold out are still listed. City Beach offers free express shipping as long as your purchase is over $10.
