I love Rocktape's kinesiology tapes and muscle rubs! I ordered a few more rolls of the tape in different colours and patterns on July 7 as the tear in my Achilles tendon, whilst improving, needed the extra recuperative properties of this tape. Rocktape stress the need to watch their very short videos prior to applying the tape as the degree of stretch necessary for maximum effect differs depending on the part of the body on which the tape will be applied. My order arrived (Perth to Gold Coast) two days after despatch. Very happy.
The first tapes were so good I ordered more in different colours (important to colour match the tape with my tennis clothing!) on September 21 and received my order two days later. With the tape came clear and concise instructions as to how to apply the tape to different parts of the body. Great product, pricing and service.
