From the minute I ordered the bracelet online, I received emails to let me know that they were processing the order, when it will ship, the tracking number, and in only 3 days, I received the bracelet I purchased.
The bracelet is beautiful, I would say that the clasp to secure the bracelet to the ring is barely wide enough to "clip it" to the ring. It is a pink gold bracelet, but the clasp looks like gold, but I am not sure if it is real gold or not. The reason for the concern is my wife is allergic to sterling silver or silver plated.
I will definitely order future items from your site.
I was looking for a gold pendant (to replace one I had lost), and I found Arthur's online. I found a pendant I liked and ordered online. I received two emails from Arthur's while I waited for delivery--one thanking me for my order and the second telling me more about the date of delivery. The pendant arrived in a reasonable time, and it is exactly as pictured! The price was $300; I was uneasy about ordering something like this sight-unseen, but I was completely satisfied when the pedant arrived. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to order anything else from this vendor!

I order 4 sterling silver Hawaiian theme charms to add to my bracelet. The pictures on the web site were great. When the charms arrived they were beautiful. Just as pretty as the pictures were. In addition each charm was placed in a plastic bag, then all four were placed in s larger bag. This bag was placed in a beautiful silver gift box with cotton in it. Ready to make a presentation if that is what you intended. I was very pleased with the service and merchandise. Definitely will shop Arthur's Jewerly again!
