The service was great and the product was beautiful. It was far beyond what I expected. The koa wood surfboard was a gift and my son loved it. Once we found a chain (I forgot to order one) he put it on and has not taken it off.

I was looking for a gold pendant (to replace one I had lost), and I found Arthur's online. I found a pendant I liked and ordered online. I received two emails from Arthur's while I waited for delivery--one thanking me for my order and the second telling me more about the date of delivery. The pendant arrived in a reasonable time, and it is exactly as pictured! The price was $300; I was uneasy about ordering something like this sight-unseen, but I was completely satisfied when the pedant arrived. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to order anything else from this vendor!
