I purchased 2 Items from the Store but one of them was unfortunately out of Stock and I was quickly informed about it and was send a refund. Shipping was very quick but I was a bit confused if I had to pay for shipping or not as the box free shipping was ticked on PayPal and I continued with the order until I got an email informing me that I had to pay $7 for shipping. I guess this can be a bit more clearer but everything else was great!
KHM has always processed my orders very quickly - first order with free postage as part of a promotions, and the second with free delivery in the local area. The stock is great value and hard to find elsewhere, always dispatched quickly and well packaged. My new favourite website for kids gear.
