As a student in UNSW I always have to buy my book from this place. But we all know uni bookshop is never gonna be your cost-effective choice :s so let's not talk about it here
in this purchase, they process my order really quick! i can say less than 24 hours. then the payment is also processed few days after..
The service was pretty straightforward and the although the user interface is not that engaging, it looks just fine.
For the delivery, i chose pick up as I can save few bucks, and i always come to uni anyway :)
