I am a big guy, it is hard to find a very suitable outwear that fits me well in Canberra, a friend in Chicago recommended this store since he ordered one last year. I just wanted to have a try. I asked many question before I placed the order, customer service girl was very kind and patient to answer all my questions. She told me they had “made to order” and “personal tailor” service as long as I offered correct measurements. I went to a tailor's shop to get my measurements. Received this beautiful sheepskin jacket last Friday, very fast for making it and the delivery. Perfect fit as I told in the title. I was really satisfied with this purchase, of course I would recommend the store to my friends since it is cold in Canberra’s winter.
